Barb City Manor’s apartments are rented to people 62 and above on a month-to-month basis. The monthly fees listed are based on single (1 person) occupancy. There is an additional fee for a second person. A security deposit of one month’s rent is required. A thirty-day notice to vacate is required when a resident is no longer able to reside at Barb City Manor.

Our monthly rate includes:

Unfurnished studio or one-bedroom apartment
3 meals daily with menu choices
Residents accounted for 3 times per day (at mealtimes)
Weekly housekeeping services (vacuuming, light dusting, cleaning bathrooms, laundering bed linens and towels)
Most utilities (cable, telephone, and internet are additional)
24-hour staffing to provide assistance and respond to emergencies
Hourly rounds of the building from 8:00 pm-7:00 am
Full-time maintenance staff Monday-Friday
Three handicapped accessible elevators and a wheelchair lift
Emergency call system located in each apartment
Individual temperature controls
Reserved parking
Individual mailbox

Our residents are proud to call us home. Our “Try Us, You’ll Like Us” stay allows potential residents to experience Barb City Manor before moving in. We invite you to spend two nights, enjoy six meals and experience all we have to offer with no strings attached. Stays are based on availability. Contact us to learn more!

We offer three balanced meals daily in our restaurant style dining room. Residents have the choice between two entrees, variety of alternatives, and the best part, dessert!

Our serving times are:

Breakfast 7:00-9:00 a.m.
Continental Breakfast 9:00-9:30 a.m.
Dinner (noon) 12:00 p.m.
Supper 5:00 p.m.
